In Zimbabwe, a formerly banana republic, now a banana peel republic, you will certainly go to jail for demanding justice for those slain, in the most gruesome, barbaric manner, as was with the cases involving Job Sikhala, Moreblessing Ali, respectively. However, if you are a toxic, pestilential and parasitic member of the illegitimate zanu pf, which has legitimately failed, is retaining power illegitimately, you will get away with anything, be it murder, bribery and smuggling of this country’s critical resources. The partisan, disgustingly unprofessional police force, which should be reformed into a police service the moment the tranquil, resilient, innovative opposition acquires power peacefully, and the largely cosmetic anti-corruption commission, which is rotten to the core and cancerous, will both bury their empty heads in the hot sand.

Pests and parasites like Rushwaya are plenty in the illegitimate zanu pf that is obsessed with the futile idea of establishing a one party state where effectively constitutional liberalism which espouses rule of law, equality before the law, impartiality, an independent and nonpartisan judiciary, transparency and accountability, is shattered through the habitual mutilation, debasing and violation of the supreme law of the land, the constitution, by the very ruinous, and destructive zanu pf. This means that since the same pestilential and parasitic zanu pf is the illegitimate government, it is in its vile, sadistic interests to staff critical institutions and commissions such as the anti-corruption commission with other pests and parasites, so as to guarantee its own self-preservation, while continuing to plunder and pillage, as was amicably demonstrated by Rushwaya.

What this essentially means is that, you as a citizen will continue to live in absolute squalor, and guaranteed destitution, while having to fend off an unrelenting, biting poverty that is determined to chew your behind. You will be deprived of service delivery. Your welfare will be neglected. The pestilential, and parasitic zanu pf will never be responsive nor sensitive towards it. This is because of the deficiencies, deliberately conceived, through looting and plundering by the zanu pf pests and parasites which will remain unabated, violating your constitutional fundamental rights and liberties, such as the right to life, the right to education, and health care.

The five thousand hard cash, in United States dollars that Rushwaya offered to a security guard to let her pass through and board a plane so that she can smuggle gold would have bought enough inventory consumables for a small clinic in Dande, or Chipinge, which would then have saved lives of pregnant women delivering, snake bites victims, malaria patients or rabies patients. Its quite reasonably obvious that this was not the first time for Rushwaya to smuggle gold, given her position as president for Zimbabwe’s Miners Federation. This means that it is her modus operandi, to offer bribes, a carrot, no employee reduced to a donkey by the legitimately failing zanu pf would resist, given the state of the economy.
