You have a situation where an illegitimate party is in power despite apparent and palpable failures, yet, it wants to remain in power, by virtue of misguided, and unfounded entitlement. These failures include the most obvious, which, ironically even affects the pestilential and parasitic, failed and illegitimate ZANU PF\u2019s propaganda dissemination, which is erratic, power supply failures. These are the bitterest fruits bearing, of the legitimately failing, criminal and sadistic ZANU PF four decades of unprecedented, self-sabotaging plundering and pillaging, the country\u2019s fiscal, and natural resources for self-enrichment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Why else do you think that the pestilential, parasitic, illegitimate, legitimately failing, criminal, corrupt and sadistic ZANU PF intends to retain power, indefinitely, unconstitutionally, as a means to an end of establishing, in futility, a one party state? It is because unconstitutional, and indefinite power retention, achieved though systematic battering, devaluing, debasing and mutilation of the supreme law of the land which is the constitution results in exiling of rule of law, equality before the law, and a judicially imposed and thus judicially protected government that is in terms of the judicial arm of the illegitimate government, and in terms of the executive branch of the government, chronic deficiencies of responsibility, as has been evidenced by unresponsiveness, and insensitivity to the oppressed, terrorized people condemned to live a life of appalling squalor, and abject poverty and destitution, transparency, for instance in terms of actual debt that the people being illegitimately ruled, note, not governed, by the pestilential and parasitic ZANU PF will end up paying, despite never having benefitted, as was the case with embarrassingly laughable, failed, agriculture mechanization scam, and accountability. The legislative branch of government, which is more of a rigged parliamentary majority, will be preoccupied with creating a conducive environment for rule by law, as evidenced by its Frankenstein conception, MOPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These three branches of government are partisan, thus act in sync as alluded to above, as a means to an end to not only retain power but to plunder and pillage without consequence such as incarceration, loss of plundered wealth through recovery of said wealth, in a highly functional, and democratic society. This is not the case with this paralyzed country, which is hurtling towards inevitable collapse and subsequent failure. ZESA executives, like any other parastatals in the country are just parasites whose constitution is to loot the parastatals meant to serve the people, to the ground. This is why you see that critical tenders, without due processes, as laid down in law, are literally given to individuals with neither capacity and experience, as was the case with Chivhayo!
