In the heart of Zimbabwe, a nation once full of promise and potential, lies a tale of betrayal and neglect that has spanned over four decades. The delusional pawns who staff and man the partisan, politicized, captured, and compromised institutions of ZEC, the police, the military, and the judiciary will not be spared from the vengeful effects of corruption by the pests and parasites in ZANU PF who form the foundational pillars of the vile, terrorist, oppressive, tyrannical, authoritarian, plundering, ruinous, cancerous, people’s welfare-neglecting, looting, supreme law of the land.

ZANU PF has clung to power illegitimately since 1980, and by 1982, they were already deep into a spree of looting and plundering resources meant for the welfare of the people. The Paweni scandal of 1982 serves as a stark illustration of this pervasive corruption. Shockingly, no arrests were made, no funds were recovered, and the public bore the brunt of this negligence.

This negligence of the people’s welfare has led to wholesale, non-discriminatory deprivation of prompt, affordable, decent quality, and guaranteed service delivery. These services, including access to clean, portable water, shelter, education, and basic healthcare, are fundamental constitutional rights that have been trampled upon. The sorry state of the country’s well-maintained road networks, a modernized economy, and access to electricity for industrial, commercial, and domestic use are glaring examples of this decay.

Now, picture this scenario: You are a senior-ranking officer in the police force, which ought to be reformed into a police service, or a colonel in the military, or a judge, or a manager in the inept ZEC. Your loved one is diagnosed with a life-threatening illness like cancer. You won’t be able to access affordable public healthcare because public funds, intended to modernize healthcare, have been systematically looted since 1982. Unlike the parasites in ZANU PF, who have the means to seek top-tier foreign medical care, you are stuck with a dysfunctional, paralyzed public healthcare system. Your loved one’s life hangs in the balance, and the neglected roads further complicate the journey to find help.

The pervasive corruption in Zimbabwe has created a dual reality: one for the corrupt elite of ZANU PF and another for the ordinary citizens. While the former thrive, enjoying foreign medical care and luxury lifestyles, the latter languish in a crumbling healthcare system, crumbling infrastructure, and dwindling prospects for a better future.

The question that remains is whether Zimbabwe can ever escape the grip of corruption and rebuild its institutions for the benefit of all its citizens. The delusional pawns in the various arms of the government must wake up to the reality that they are complicit in perpetuating a system that ultimately harms not only the people but also themselves.

In conclusion, corruption in Zimbabwe, perpetuated by the parasitic elite of ZANU PF, has left the nation’s institutions in shambles. The negligence of the people’s welfare has resulted in the deprivation of fundamental rights and services for all citizens. It is high time for the delusional pawns to break free from the chains of corruption and work towards rebuilding Zimbabwe for the benefit of all its people. Only then can the nation truly rise from the ashes of its past and embrace a brighter future.

  1. All parastatals have been captured by ZANU PF and can’t deliver anything. Its sad to see that happen in a country that used to be the bread basket of Africa. ZANU PF has failed the people of Zimbabwe. We need new faces, new ideologies, new leaders and new blood.

  2. Its easy to be a random classless blogger these days. Busy fabricating lies about the government but you have no evidence.
